TIGR announces the release of 3,209,119 bp of genome sequence from Enterococcus faecalis strain V583. Support for this project, which has just completed the random sequencing phase, is provided by The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health (5RO1 AI40963-02).
